But what about the viaduct, the 520 bridge and the ferries'

The Department of Transportation briefed the governor this morning on its efforts to reduce traffic congestion -- that's the thing that wasn't a priority a few months ago.  A performance audit said so.
Apparently it still isn't a priority.  The Olympian's Adam Wilson gives his take.  Amazingly enough, the plan says nothing about the 520 bridge, replacing the viaduct or improving the ferry system.
